The game window appears to be launching off screen? not sure why i havnt changed anything since it was fine this morning tried resetting all display settings and reinstalled display drivers. the console is open and you can hear the sound but only able to see party of the game window.

Yes, by deleting the cfg files located in
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\players. -
