Everytime I press play, it says “Could not authencate to plutonium: unknown error”. Anyone know how to fix it?

Try restarting your router and launching the game again. If this doesn't work, change dns or use a VPN. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10
Oh and make sure your AV firewall isn't blocking Pluto. Either exclude it or disable the firewall.
