QBittorrent Stalled

Qbittorrent is stalled, I've tried all the fixes I've been able to find on the internet but none have worked.

Try to right click on the torrent and click "Reannounce" (or an equivalent).
If after a few minutes there is no change then your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is probably blocking torrents.
Either buy the game/DLC on Steam to download from Steam or use a paid VPN that supports P2P/torrenting like Mullvad VPN.
