Game "Set Up" Not Appearing

I am having this issue where I am unable to set up BO2 again from Plutonium. I had uninstalled it a while ago and now want to reinstall it. However, when I open the plutonium launcher it still says I have BO2 installed, with the green "play" button, and I cannot chose a Game Path because I cannot set it up and have uninstalled it. Is there any way where I can get BO2 to say "set up" instead of "play?" (I am also having the same issue with BO2 zombies). -
Choose new directory through game settings of the launcher (right next to Play).

what directory do I choose then? Because I cannot set up the game to get the directory I need.

The launcher doesn't download the files for you, you gotta get em yourself. https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#installing-the-base-game-bo2
