Blank screen after game over in BO2 zombies and some other issues

After a game of zombies, I died and the screen suddenly turned blank with only Plutonium T6 at the top right and no main menu and music. I did have some weird launch causing not responding error or failed to check for updates, custom maps being loaded without me executing the set customMap command while and lags are now more common after these errors. First, it was the launch errors, then the custom map issue, then the blank screen after game over in Zombies(not sure about WAW haven't tried). My core version is at 27(forgot the other two numbers). Idk if its just the pc or the game itself.

Were you playing on a Server or solo?
if it was on a Server did it try to switch to another map? -
