Banned account

I joined yesterday and played BO2 zombies solo using a trainer and now my account is banned. How do I prevent this in the future?

InvictusRMC Either load mods the official way or if you want to use external tools then start the game in LAN mode

Resxt thank you. I will do that in the future. Too bad my account is now permanently on 1 strike though. Guess I should've read better into Plutonium.
