possible fix for laggy zombies

i was messing around in the console the other day and stumbled across a command called "sm_enabled", which turns the sun model and shaders on or off (default is 1 which means it's on). setting this to 0 gives a massive fps boost and doesn't change the way the game looks very much, try it out see if you like it
ps: i know this isn't really a "fix" but it gave me at least 30+ fps with just one command.
