D3Dcomplier_43.dll message
-
I want to start this off by saying I am new to PC gaming, always been a console guy, so I appreciate the help and patience.
-
I have followed the forum page and downloaded BO2 into computer, when I pull up the plutonium launcher, I try to play the game and the "D3DCOMPLIER_43.dll" message comes up.
-
There was another thread on this in the forum group, they mentioned downloading some things as well as reinstalling the entire game. I reinstalled the qBittorent as well as game just to make sure that wasnt the problem and restarted my computer each time. Didnt work.
-
I installed other programs they mentioned to try and get the message to go away, this includes: DirectX and/or dx9. I also tried downloading and inserting the d3dcomplier_43.dll into the system32 folder and SysWOW64 folder from a few youtube videos I had watched to resolve the problem. None of these things did and I continue to get this message.
Does anyone know where to go from here or how to resolve the issue. If so I appreciate it and thanks for your patience.

Agmav114 Never download dll files and put them in system32 manually this is a very bad practice
The error message tells you have a software missing on your computer and you try to bypass it by putting a dll file somewhere without installing it properly.Errors related to
D3DCOMPILER_43.dll
,XINPUT1_3.dll
,D3DX9_37.dll
,MSVCP140.dll
orVCRUNTIME140.dll
are caused by missing redistributable on your system.
To fix this a member of the staff created a script that will download and install all the redistributable (redist) required to get Plutonium running.
Download and open the script from the link below and let it finish to download and install every redist (Direct X, Visual C++ etc.)
Then once it says it's finished you can close it and start your game.
https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.batThe speed varies depending on your download speed and on your PC specs.
The script is safe so if you get a message from Windows click on "More info" and "Run anyway". You can always right click on it and click edit to see what's inside. -
Thank you, I will try it. Should I remove the files that I inserted manually?
Also, once the script is downloaded, I will have to redownload the redlists or will it do it automatically because I am downloading the script?

Agmav114 Yes remove them
As my previous message said this script downloads and installs all the redists you need for you.
Open it and let it do its job until it says it's done
