My fps is fine until i start moving my mouse!

I last played this game in November 2021, and my fps is fine? Today my friends wanted to download it again, so we did. I tried playing and my fps was so bad. I stood still to see if that changes anything, and my fps was normal 500 fps. When I start moving my mouse my fps drop dramatically? If you guys can help me please let me know! Thanks.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

Likeyy Go to settings and change fullscreen and windows etc. It fixes your fps for some reason. Just revert it back to what you like and it should be fixed. It works for me.
