BO2 BLACK SCREEN

When I open the launcher and then press bo2 zombies it wont open I hear the zombies back ground music but nothing to show up please help I deleted and I install it again same problem.
but yesterday I was playing with no problems !! that's it
also inside the launcher I see red line that say Upnp states 1 failed and some time 2 and 3 -

also inside the launcher I see red line that say Upnp states 1 failed and some time 2 and 3@Rexni Hello, this seems to happen sometimes. What I usually do is close it and open the game again. That usually fixes the black screen.

I am having the same issue, closing the game doesn't help. Any fix?

Try execute r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart in the bootstrapper
