MW3 DLC Maps properly installed but, friends can't join.

I downloaded all MW3 DLC maps, and they are working successfully. But my friends can't join when i host a private match using DLC maps.
Are they also required to have these maps installed on their end? Or is there another way?

makarov1992 yes if you host a dlc map your friend also needs to have that dlc map installed.
