My stats are gone after getting a new hard drive

i recently got a new hard drive and transfered over everything from my old one but now my stats are reset, is there any way to get them back without unlockall?

Mr Strootle stats for bo2 are stored in %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/demonware/18397
