IW5 ucg_canseeplayer: couldn't find [j_head] on player

I get this error after trying to join custom gun servers or custom map servers. I did install all the maps but most of the time I cannot join servers with custom guns/maps

• Open up your file explorer and paste this path: %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\
• Delete the usermaps directory
