BO2 T6 Multiplayer wont connect to Servers

Hey uhm i have a issue where everytime i click on a Server and then Connect it says Joining session or smth and than just wont connect, no error nothing just stop to connect.
It cant be a problem with my connetion (350K mbps). In other games such as MW 2019 or Escape from Tarkov i do have infact a 9-20 Ping mostly with no Package loss, i installed the Plutonium Torront version because im a broke ass...I dont have get ANY Email saying that im Banned or even Plutonium sayed that im Banned, strange but okay

Cannot join any public dedicated server
