Yosmany It seems that you are confused, the plugin by itself will put it and run the server, it will not do anything.
Read the plugin documentation and review, it adds functions that you can use in your gsc scripts to implement them to your liking.
By itself the plugin does nothing.
Now, if what you need is an Adminsitrator for your server, I recommend using "IW4MAdmin"
