WAW zombies crash

hello, yesterday i installed waw to play zombie custom. I did a part that everything worked fine, then that's when I decided to download a custom map directly from the servers when we do F10 and there I join the custom map which has finished downloading and I don't stop to have repeated crashes, could someone please help me I'm sorry for my disastrous English I'm French. I want to clarify, when I have a crash, I am downright forced to restart my pc.
