MP Fog settings possible?

I have been trying to figure out to not only toggle fog but also change distance settings, opacity settings etc. but to no avail
Whether with sv cheats on or not nothing happens
My question beforehand is, whether it is even currently possible to go beyond only turning it off and on with r_fog 1/0?
