Zombies ERROR

I need some help, I try to play Zombies BO2, so, something is wrong because instead of the first maps like tranzit, pena...etc I can't play the rest of the maps. The textures doesn't go, when I start the game for example in Origins, the screen turns to black and I've waited like 20 minutes and it doesn't work, the map doesn't load. I tried to locate the zombies files in the right location and I've restart the PC several times and I'm not able to solve it. ![alt text]

llucferrando this just means you didn't install the DLC
The game cannot load DLC files if you don't have them installed
