i have this problem installing the mw3 and i dont know how to fix it

You selected the wrong folder for your MW3 game location. You'll need to correct that.

wich is the folder? i imported it in windows c and in a folder in the desk

Did you download the MW3 basegame from Steam? The correct folder is wherever you downloaded MW3 to.

i download the mw3 dedicated server, how i download the basegame?

The dedicated server is enough, it's likely installed at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - Dedicated Server.
So in the Pluto launcher, change your game directory path to that location.

i removed it in redist and the game stills like that
