No servers in servers tab

Hi, im having an issue with the game after downloading it 2 days ago, everything seems to be working perfect i just cannot get any servers. I have the latest update from the site, stable wired connection and dont know how to fix this. Can someone please help

me too i use a 4g connection and i not have a server in list
