[Zombies] oringin can't pick up shovel

I just started playing origin and I can't pick up the shovel, so I went to mob of the dead and I cant go to the after life ether, what I can't understand is that I can very well pick up pieces like the shield in origin, just the shovel and the after life in mob of the dead that I can't seem to be able to interact, there's no press “f” to interact

ChrryDolphin Theres some bug that appears to be on plutonium end, its happening on all the servers but not local.
