Question on FOVs?

I've been messing around in the settings trying to find out where the FOV slider is and if it's an already enabled option in the game. I know for the Steam version you could download an FOV slider and it'd launch the game for you however it doesn't work with Plutonium. How is everyone adjusting their FOV now? Am I missing something?
