I tried to open B02 but my virus (McAfee) says that it is a virus. Is this true? I am 99% sure that this is a false positive. I've been thinking about changing my antivirus, any way.
Can anyone confirm this?

As long as you obtained the files from either Steam or using Piry, then you can be assured that it is a false positive. If you obtained the files from some other source, then I would recommend re-obtaining the files as per the readme, as we cannot guarantee the validity of the files, or if they are up-to-date.
