time out issue

please help me i got plutonium when it first came out and i loved it but recently ive had this problem every single time i join any server in zm i time out it takes like 30 secs to load then i time out pls help me

The timeout for ZM is 90 seconds, I doubt it's taking you 30 seconds, then times out. If it's taking you longer than those 90 seconds, consider upgrading your PC. Skip the intro cutscene when you're able to, if you load within 90 seconds.
