When I run bo2, the game returns to windows

Hello, when i run the game, bo2 start but he instantly return to my desktop and i cant restart it ( he always returns to the desktop again and again) pls help me

Alt tab to the bootstrapper window instead, and type
r_fullscreen 0; vid_restartinto it.
