Can't Use Mouse or Controller

Tried launching BO2 Plutonium after not playing for awhile and I have this issue where the game will launch open and run just fine, I just cannot use my mouse or PS4 controller to select anything. Never had this issue before. I do have a GoXLR (1 mic) and an Elgato HD60 Pro. Everything has been updated too. And yes I did try resetting my PC but that's it.
