How do i enable cheats for the solo campaign

I tried using console command but it wont let me turn it on, and i dont see any way to turn on cheats. I just want to get back to my checkpoint where the game crashed on me

sv_cheats 1in console before starting the map but iirc the campaign is cheat protected so you have to start the map with the devmap command.Start a map, type
mapnamein the console to get the map name. Then exit and when in main menu dodevmap name_of_the_mapin the console. You can also find the map names for campaign on Google
