When i downloading bo2 it almost every file says "Error while downloading the file .........."
is it normal? cause im downloading it entire day

It should say more than just "error while downloading the file", can you provide a screenshot?
Could be permission issues, run piry as admin.

Just connect manually http://api.raidmax.org:5000/servers#T6_servers
Open the console with the tilde key and type

connect ip

You can get the ip by clicking on the servers on the online serverlist.

Dss0 btw where can i tweak the graphics, you know using config.ini (in steam), really need it
