Do you have goxlr/multiple mics/vr headsets plugged in? Try unplugging them all, and also disable/uninstall any audio softwares you might have (voicemeeter, voicemod, etc). It's also been known to be caused by nvidia broadcast, avermedia, elgato and similar apps.

HannesC I had an issue with MW3 and i unplugged my headset and it worked but it didnt here, i tried unplugging all headsets and stuff and still didnt fix it

I know this is old, but my mouse hasn't worked on t6 ever since I installed it last week. It works on t5, but not t6. I disabled stuff, tried that code people online talk about but nothing works.
