They don't plan to add Special Ops. If you wanna play SpecOps best way to do so is to find a cheap steam key from a reputable keyseller and play the legit way. As cool as it would be to have Plutonium survival, it just isn't happening my guy.

kashiarikarim it is in the plans for the far far future.
It's on low priority and might eventually be worked some day but there is guarantee or ETA
