bo2 changing my NAT type.

So my NAT type has always been open.
Today in the morning when i opened the pluto launcher and launched BO2 mp i noticed my NAT type was strict.
I closed the game and went to cold war, that's where i noticed my NAT type was still strict. Even on vanguard it says that my NAT is strict.
I restarted my modem/router and my NAT type was fixed to being open again. But once i went back to bo2 it changed to strict.
I checked once again on cold war and vanguard and my NAT was strict for the second time.
This is where i noticed that if i open bo2 somehow it changes my whole NAT config for all games.
Is this even suppose to happen??
feels like plutonium has the ability to change my modem/router settings without me knowing.
