BO2 misses my savings

Hi, today i opened bo2 and surprisingly, i started the game with rank 1 and no custom classes, locked weapons. I think that BO2 cannot find game savings anymore.
I usually play only on multiplayer servers.
Recently i changed my router, i think/hope that this is not relevant for my issueThanks for help!

luky96c this has been answered many times already. The last update changed how stats worked, they are also saved online now. Everyone's stats have been reset and there is no way to get your old stats back.
