any ways to fix this?

direct X installed and the redist is installed tried reinstalling DX tried reinstalling the whole game for repacks i never used except fitgirl(and i never downloaded the DX from the fitgirl installer) the game is installed from the plutonium torrent file this error started coming after a windows update updated windows even more and still doesnt work so IS there ANY way to fix this error? -
