I can't join my friend and vice versa

There are three of us in BO2 Zombies. I can join Friend #1's lobby and get into a game and Friend #2 can also join Friend #1 and do the same, but when it comes to me joining Friend #2 and vice versa, it doesn't work. Why? And is there any fix to this?

UniqueBlizzardz so when friend #2 hosts a lobby you can't get in? Maybe his NAT is strict?
