Unable to join in custom games

Hello, we are running a competition on BO2 plutonium and the scrims are in custom games.
The last update allowed us to join in the lounges, which is a good thing, unfortunately there are almost always bugs preventing us from joining. For example: server disconnected, unable to join the session, etc.

@sanX-Eku we're still refining it, you may have to try a few times before it works in some cases. Also make sure everyone's NAT is open. If not forward port 4976 udp (https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-port-forward-4163829).
