Game crashes constantly after trying to join a server

So i was afk about 30mins then i came back and tried to join a server and it loads up to the point that it says "awaitin connection" and then it freezes and crashes. I tried to repair the game from steam but didnt work and i uninstalled my custom gloves

Also i dont get any crashdumps from the crashes
