Freeze when i want to join a game

hello guys, i need help. First I joined normally the games and played but i noticed some fps drops so I wanted to fix them and putted all graphics on low and wanted to see if it works. Then I joined the games and I had to change my username as a error code everytime told me. Then I changed it and wanted to play finally, but than everytime when i clicked on a lobby that I wanted to join, my whole laptop freezed and I couldnt press anything. I tried it 3 times and all 3 times it freezed no matter which game I wanted to join. So the launcher and everything is starting but this happens only when I want to join a lobby.
Can someone pls help I just want to play haha
