Keep getting connection interrupted

I keep getting connection interrupted in every lobby I join and try to play in. Thing is in my netgear router (comcast provider and modem but in bridge mode) I have UPnP enabled and in the network tab it still says UPnP disabled. I have a solid PC and play at okay framerates with gig internet (i get about about 950 mbps on my pc which is on ethernet). Can anyone help? -
