Crashing

YO.I need some help.It happens almost everytime.Lets say i joined a server or i made a custom game i play for almost 30mins and my screen frezzes and the game minimizes but still running in background so cmd is running when i try to reopen the game its like it kicks me out.

Resxt Aint using antiviruses only windows defender with real-time protection on nothing else
