It starts normally but when i wait for it to load it just stays at "loading "pre code fast" (or whatever that is called) idk what to do

It's also possible this is caused by an overlay (msi afterburner, rivatuner, ..) and we have seen cases where a capture card or vr headset that was plugged in caused this.
