How to fix the code_pre_gfx error?
If you downloaded the game on Steam then repair your game https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/If you downloaded the game with the torrent provided by Plutonium then repair your game https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/
If you didn't download through Steam or the torrent provided by Plutonium then you probably have a lot of missing files (like all multiplayer files)
Delete your files and download from Steam or the official torrent instead https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/Note that for Black Ops II, if you used your Steam files, you have to make sure you downloaded both Multiplayer and Zombies

@Krozebbi if you use steam version of this game, you need to verify the game files and if you downloaded a torrent game file, just you need to download a file named code_Pre_gfx from the torrent file and paste the file on zone/all in game folder
