Got banned for no reason

I got permanently banned for no reason too... I was playing in a sniper lobby and i sudently got banned from plutonium for no reason
I dont know what i did wrong, i was just quickscoping with some random guys and playing normally.. I dont even know how to install or inject cheats or hacks, this is unbelievable... Can someone help me ? I really don't know what to do...

You were banned once on Feb 23, and again yesterday, making it a permanent ban. Should've learned your lesson the first time.
