BO2 Zombies Overlay Won't load

I can't play zombies, because the F10 overlay won't load. The pop up appers but it is stuck on loading. Multiplayer overlay loads normally though.

This is what's in the bootstrapper:

PsychoKiller4160 click "online" first in the game menu before opening the imgui menu.

That did absolutely nothing, the bootstrapper remains the exact same as it was before, at the last parsing in my screenshot.
