So as we all know when you load into a solo game of buried you get a little cutscene of the characters talking about where they're going and what they're doing. Like most things in this game you can change this. So what I did was I got the always running music video. Downloaded the audio made the video mute and then converted it to the Webm then put that version in the video file of Black ops 2. Then replaced it the audio that plays during the cutscene through Black ops 2 sound studio. Replace it all the files to the music of that music video. Put it all together and tried playing solo and now all I get is a black screen. Is there any advice for this. I know there is a way of doing this cuz I've seen it done in the past for die rise. So I would like to know if somebody has some advice and some help for me.

You'd probably need to change resolution to fit the initial one (in this case 720p).

You also want to make sure you convert the video to WEBP and the frame rate is 30.

That's just what I believe is what works.
