i cant open the game

when i open the game i get the console and the game tab but i can't open the game tab

How to fix black screen on launch/not being able to access the game window?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
