Game just crashes on launch

It says 'Fastfile for zone 'patch_mp' is out of date (version 276, expecting 1). I followed the instructions and downloaded the game from steam.

Heist Fly try verifying your game files via steam, if it still doesn't work post a screenshot of your game folder.

Heist Fly Like what Dss0 said, reverify your files. Before you post screenshots, try deleting the zone folder and reverify your files

Dss0 I deleted 'zone' folder and verified everything again, didn't help. I even tried to re-install the game, but that didn't help as well. is it possible to download this particular file somewhere? Because I don't understand what could be the problem besides this file. The game is in English, all files have been checked, DLCs have been downloaded, the directory for the game is correct.

Heist Fly could you post a screenshot of the game settings in the launcher? Click "game settings" next to the play button and pls screenshot the entire launcher window.

Heist Fly i have no idea, that error makes no sense. why would it look for a fastfile with version 1? 276 should be the correct version.

Dss0 MW3 uses fastfile version 1. 276 is actually the MW2 fastfile version. So I have no idea why his fastfiles are at 276
