If you own the server you can read the log file -
CFPS If you own a server I would highly recommend getting a webhook on your Discord server with an IW4MAdmin plugin such as YADB or IW To Discord
In the future this would make it a lot easier to read chat logs
But to answer your question the chat logs are in different places depending on your game and depending on if you're client or server so you need to provide more information
