Why my progress always restart

That's a problem that always bothers me. I wanted to start from 0, currently i'm prestige 1 but the problem is that sometimes, when i Open the game again it appears with the stats from my past session. For example: today i ulocked gold camo on the mtar and some headshot progress with type 25 and i reached level 39; i closed the game and then i opened it again to check if My progress was intact but surprise! i was back to level 33 and my effort was in vain. Theres a way to fix this cause it's pissing me off and is making me think want to come back to battlefield 4

Agav Do you play on LAN mode?
because I think it modifies old progress.
Same thing happens with me when I play on LAN mode than switch to default -
jdhruv I don't know. There's a way to check it and change it ?
