How to change net_port value (Offline Mode) ?

hi everyone...... is there, any specific way to change the net_port value in offline mode? i have a gaming cafe and some pc's there net port are 27018 and some are 27016 (default) I need to type the whole socket address to connect to server some times so I need to unifi the port address ............. can i change all of the pc's game port to 27016 ? thank you
