MW3 Theater Mode Issues

Will the issues that involve console commands not working like, /timescale and also not being able to execute cfgs ever be fixed? Same for the rewind issue where it gets stuck and you have to reload the entire demo just to go back earlier in a clip. This is for editing purposes when wanting to record pov and cines.
